LFC Resource — Terms of Use

Welcome to the LFC Resource (“the Resource”), an exclusive educational platform operated by FEI Teamart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Resource features contemporary artworks fully authorized by DO2ON Garden (“Collector”). By accessing or using this Resource, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Content

• The Resource contains artworks created by contemporary artists and included with full authorization from DO2ON Garden.
• All Artworks and related materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may access and use the Artworks solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes as part of your enrollment or authorized access to the LFC program.
• Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from FEI Teamart and DO2ON Garden.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to respect all copyright notices and attributions provided alongside the Artworks.
• You shall not attempt to download, copy, share, or redistribute Artworks outside of the authorized platform.
• You agree not to use the Resource for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Access and Restrictions

• Access to the Resource is limited to enrolled students or authorized users.
• You shall not share your access credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

• FEI Teamart and DO2ON Garden retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and the authorized content.
• Ownership of the physical Artworks remains with DO2ON Garden or the respective artists as specified.
• Authorization to display and use the Artworks within this Resource is granted under license and does not transfer ownership.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Resource is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• FEI Teamart is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Resource.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access but will strive to maintain service quality.

6. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Resource constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
