Terms of Service

FEI TeamArt — ArtGPS. Last updated: November 2, 2026

By creating an account or using ArtGPS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

ArtGPS is provided by Feiyi Chen, doing business as FEI TeamArt, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada, based in Vancouver. You can reach us at info@feiteamart.com.

2. Who can use ArtGPS

• Adults. If you have reached the age of majority where you live (19 in British Columbia), you can create your own account.
• Teens (13 until you reach the age of majority). You may use ArtGPS only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• Children under 13. A parent or legal guardian must create the account, or be with the child and supervise while the account is created and used. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without a parent's or guardian's permission.
• A parent or guardian is responsible for a child's use of ArtGPS and for any purchase made for them.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. Each account, and each student code we issue, is for one person only. Please do not share it.
• Tell us right away at info@feiteamart.com if you think someone else is using your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Courses, access and payment

• Some lessons are free; others are paid. The price, what you get, and the refund rules in section 5 are shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Access is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred or shared.
• We may update, reorder, improve or retire lessons. Paid access lasts for the access period shown at purchase. If no period is shown, it lasts for as long as ArtGPS is offered.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Recorded (self-paced) courses. You get access as soon as you pay, so these are not refundable once purchased.
• Yearly or recurring plans. If a plan renews automatically, we will email you before each renewal. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If the law entitles you to a refund of the unused part of a renewal period, we will give you that refund within 15 days.
• Live classes and programs with live teaching. If you cancel before the class or program starts, we refund 80% of the price and keep 20%. Once it has started, it is not refundable.
• To cancel or ask about a refund, email info@feiteamart.com from the email address you used to buy.
• If we cancel or cannot deliver something you paid for, we will refund you in full for it.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that the law gives you.

6. Our content

The lessons, videos, text, images, designs and other materials in ArtGPS belong to FEI TeamArt or its teachers and licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning. Please do not copy, record, download, re-upload, sell or share them, or share your login to let others in.

7. Your artwork and what you submit

• You keep ownership of the drawings and other work you make and upload.
• You give us permission to store your work and to show it to you and to the teacher or team members who give feedback on it.
• We will not show your work publicly (for example in a gallery or on social media) without separate permission. For a student under the age of majority, that permission comes from a parent or guardian.
• Only upload work you have the right to share. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or inappropriate, or other people's personal information.

8. Using ArtGPS fairly

Do not try to break, overload or scrape ArtGPS, get around access limits or paywalls, share access codes, or harass others. We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

9. Other services

ArtGPS uses services from other companies, such as Google for sign-in and Stripe for payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

10. Changes and availability

We work to keep ArtGPS running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change it at any time. If we change these Terms in an important way, we will tell you by email or on the site. A change will not reduce your cancellation or refund rights for something you have already bought. Using ArtGPS after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Learning, safety and our responsibility

Art lessons build skill over time, and we cannot promise a particular result. Art materials should be used safely, and younger students should have an adult nearby. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that cannot be removed by law.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using ArtGPS at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@feiteamart.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Refunds are handled under section 5.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, any consumer rights you have under your local law still apply.
